While the mesh nebuliser unit should be cleaned with distilled water after each inhalation procedure and when nebulising hypertonic, saline inhalation solutions, such as Dead Sea brine, more thorough cleaning should be carried out, especially when using medication. Cleaning with the cleaning concentrate for mesh nebuliser units is recommended at the latest when the performance of the mesh nebuliser unit noticeably decreases. Daily cleaning with distilled water and thorough cleaning with cleaning concentrate can extend the service life of the mesh nebuliser units. You will need approx. 2-3 ml of the cleaning concentrate for one cleaning process with the cleaning concentrate.
